Integrated Counseling and Wellness is a practice that is dedicated to providing every client with comprehensive mental and emotional wellness care at an affordable price.
We accept payments from:
- Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators (DMBA)
- Blue Cross of Idaho
- We are in the process of getting paneled with additional insurance companies.
- We also accept cash, debit, and credit cards.
- Ecclesiastic payments.
Also, while you are a client or member of Integrated Counseling and Wellness you receive wholesale pricing on all herbs and supplements purchased through us for use in herbal therapy. We do not make money off of these products and strongly feel that doing so is a professional conflict of interest.
Whether it be meeting with a mental health counselor, attending yoga classes and exercising mindfulness practices; herbal therapy, cranial electrotherapy stimulation, nutritional supplementing, or psycho-social education, we are passionate about helping the region not break the bank to get and be well.

Integrated Counseling and Wellness provides yoga classes as a means to finding balance, peace, and wellness in life. Yoga translated means “To Yoke” or “Union”. Through the practice of yoga, one can literally find a union of mind, body and spirit and a greater connection to the world around them.
Integrated Counseling and Wellness offers a number of alternative counseling options including yoga, nutritional supplementing, cranial electrotherapy stimulation, and herbal therapy. And we believe that each one is worth checking out!
