ISAAC HEWITT, LCPC
Isaac loves working to help people achieve their ideal self. Many people have goals and hopes that they wish to accomplish, and oftentimes these objectives are complicated by challenges they are currently facing or have faced in the past.
Isaac believes that the individual is the catalyst for change in their life, and sees his position as a counselor being one that helps clients identify those resources that they have used in the past as well as employ new resources.
“I work with children, teenagers, and adults. I take a holistic approach to counseling. I view the individual as more than a set of problems, but rather as a unique individual that is a combination of strengths and weaknesses. I have been trained in Brief Image Rescripting and Reprocessing Therapy for treating trauma. I enjoy helping parents employ more democratic approaches to the challenges of parenting. I especially enjoy—and have additional training in—treating the treatment of ADHD and the challenges that this diagnosis can have in its severity across the lifespan and within the family.
